Construction Details:

I already had the 10th Doctor's pants, shoes, and sonic screwdriver, so the rest was easy. I simply took an old shirt I had that was too tight in the neck anyway and used a Dremel on it with the sanding attachment. I took screenshots from "The Eleventh Hour" and referenced where the rips and tears were located and recreated those. It was simple, quick, and fun. I wish I had thought of this earlier.
