Personal Thoughts:

I am displeased with most of this costume. The shirt and kimono(?) top came out a few inches too short somehow despite the mockup being the right size. So I look a bit like Mugen shrank his clothes in the wash. Also I had a fray-check-spilled-on-the-pants disaster the night before the con which led to an unpleasant crunchy incriminating stain on the pants on the inner thigh.
In other words, I'd pretty much have to remake the whole thing to be happy with it, which I'm probably not going to do.
I'm mostly ok with the wig though, I got a crazy crimpy sassy sistah wig (at my local sassy sistah wig store) and then steamed most of the crimp out leaving just enough to give his hair that wild hobo texture. Wish I'd had time to do the sword, I felt kind of incomplete without it.
