Construction Details:

hardboard base, layered hardboard for the guard,the blade is actually celluclay sanded down with a belt sander hence all the cracks. i still need to fill this puppy in with bondo and do some more sanding. the handle is .5 in. dowel with a two sided screw connecting the blade to the handle. appropriate colors will be used if i ever finish this costume.
