Construction Details:

The costume includes a 10,000 link handmade chainmail shirt, each individually made with rebar tie wire, pressed, and welded shut by myself, the arms, legs, chest and side panels are all made of 16 gauge steel hand cut, bent/ shaped, stenciled, by me, I used roofing nails to rivet the armor plates together and raw hide straps to connect each pannel along the side, overall weight with weapon(made of steel bracers and wood base) 75 pounds
