Wig: created and styled by Taiyo Cosplay (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Costume:
Bodice is trulyvictorian.com's TV490 pattern. I used JoAnns Powder Blue Glitter Satin from the casa collection underneath a white chiffon from the casa collection.
Gown: Simply put is a circle skirt pattern, I did the pattern free hand. Same fabrics as mentioned from the bodice.
Bustle & Petticoat: the Fabric is some cotton material that I found at JoAnns can't remember the name now, haha. The pattern is Trulyvictorian.com's TV170.
