Construction Details:

My wife and I watched Gurren-Lagann together and really loved it. She knew I'd love Kamina and made this costume for me after we watched the series. It's probably my favorite recent anime series. The appliques on the cape (the flaming skull and the orange flames) were satin stitched all the way around them and then she distressed and burned the cape to suit Kamina.
