About this Costume
Construction Details:
I had my friend Becky (aka my one friend with a sewing machine) make the mask for me. It started as one of those cheap "faceless/grim reaper hood" Halloween masks you can buy at any costume store in October. She pinned the excess on the back close to my head, then inverted it and sewed it shut, then cut the rest. For the front, we cut the trim as close as we could get, then again sewed it down from the inside. The two circles were made with fabric paint. The coat is my all purpose long flowing black coat. The shirt and pants were bought at a thrift store. The gloves are thin gloves i bought at a sporting goods store. There you go.
