I always loved General Blue. He's my favorite character in the Dragon Ball segment of DB/Z/GT. Included elements in his outfit are: brown hat, red tie, dark belt, black boots, blue pants, brown shirt, blue insignia and Red Ribbon Army logos. and accessories: visor binoculars, flower, butcher knife.
