Construction Details:

black pin stripe suit, red dress shirt, red contacts, white wig, black tie, black dress shoes, gothic old school chair from a very old seminary long since torn down.

Personal Thoughts:

I think first seen in Episode 12 and through past 20, Soul negotiates with a devil (demon) character while listening to a skipping jazz record, dressed old school 1930s style in a pin stripe suit. Episode 20 Soul tells the demon that he can handle the madness and even rescues Maka. Couldn't fit the record player into the photo...nor would anyone hear the jazz either...no problem. It is also the outfit he is wearing when Maka first meets him and hears him play the piano, a real dark and mysterious piece "cause that's the kind of guy I am." (ep31 or 32 I believe)
