Personal Thoughts:

The fair is boring until we meet my classmate's father, a General, who lets it slip that his unit always gets beat at this fair, every year...I volunteer to train them, and end up fighting in one of the mobile suits and win the championship. General happy, classmate happy, and Chidori is...um...where?
