Ok, so... If you've played KOF 2003, you know Shen Woo has a brown hair variation. This is key to understanding WTF is going on here as I have his standard costume (sans the dragon on the back as there was no time to add it ;_; ) and not the blond hair. Done for a KOF group at Katsucon 11. ^_^
