Construction Details:

Made by my friend Minuberry for our New York Anime Fest 2008 skit "Shoot for the Top, Shoot for it All". Helmet was provided by a friend of ~Nami~'s, which was initially ordered from Yahoo! Japan's website.

UPDATE: While I'm still waiting to add screencaps from "Doujinopolis", which was when I debuted the helmet with the costume, I've added a photo from a photoshoot I did for my friend Gerardo a little while ago to show off the helmet in tandem with the costume.
