Construction Details:

I made this in 1 month for AX (had help for about 8 days). BAD idea for first time doing full body armor . I made the base out of cardstock, than coat layer on with fiberglass resin, cloth, mat. Than apply on bondo for the curve and build up. Lastly the details are put on with epoxy putty Wings are made of hallow cast fiberglass cloth on both side for durability/lightweight
