Construction Details:

My Gordon Freeman costume has two versions, one being an improved and updated version compared to an original. Like my other costumes, it's all duct tape and cardboard here, save for the leather gloves and the Crayola marker I used as facial hair. :D The first version premiered at Anime Central 2006, and was later featured in the Official UK Playstation Magazine. The second version was made specifically for a request from the Official UK Xbox Magazine for a feature in 2008.
