Hand-Me-Down Costume from one of my good friends. Had to get the lightest color of blue for my eyes....but since I have dark eyes, the only blue they had that would stand out was 'Naruto Blue'. Also, in this Pic was my friends little brother dressed up as Young-Gaara.
