Construction Details:

made with .060 polyethelyne plastic and lots and lots of feathers! The wings are spring loaded and attatch to a metal harness on my back that I hammered into the shape of my back. The undergarments are all self-patterned and sewn by me. The sword is made of wood sanded, then sealed with resin and sanded again. The handle was then wrapped in cloth and a ping pong ball added at the bottom and filled with resin. The wings are made with a copper tube frame and chicken wire with batting for the shape. Then the feathers were hot glued on individually. The yellow detailing is airplane skinning cut to length and glued to the surface of the armor. The front piece is held on by real leather belts that I made myself and bolted to the front and back of the armor. The fur collar is faux fur with a copper tube for shape, then stuffed with stuffing for volume.
