i dont know what to cosplay as... Help please!

okay heres the deal i need to make a costume but i dont know who i should be help me!

hight: 5'7
weight: about 120
hair color: Black with purple underneath the hair and on my side bangs
lenght of hair: a bit passed my shoulders
Eye color: they change alot but mostly a grey blue
skin: paleish

okay i'm willing to cut my hair, wear a wig and die my hair anycolor and i'm willing to wear anything but nothing to skimpy

you should of course have an uber cool anime character to go along with that..

a couple questions first to really find what you're looking for:
- what are you going more for? school girl? vampire? fantasy?
- and what's you're favorite anime(s)/manga(s)?
- what convention are you cosplaying for? and if so, are you entering the cosplay contest?
