I am willing to dye my hair different shades of red,

However my hair will probably only be able to grow to my shoulder by the time my con rolls around.

I am short and skinny.

You could go as Harold From Tales of Destiny if you kept your hair short.

Me neither, though if i did have the time and patience to make that costume.. i most definitively would go as her myself!

hmm.. if you are willing to go as boy you could do Natsuo from Loveless (or was it spelled Natsou?)

Behind it's to his back, but in the front it's shoulder length!
i kinda wanted to do him myself.. but i have just colored my hair black and my mom will probably bald me if i color it again!

You can probably make the horns themselves out of papier mache or something and attach them to a headband.

(Also, they're selling devil horns in a bunch of Halloween stores you can just spray paint white. Actually that'd be easiest I think XD )

Okay, here are a few ideas in case you still need some. ;D

First, there's Mugi from Hitohira, she has short reddish hair, her outifit doesn't seem too complicated..

Then there's Sakura Nina from Ultra Maniac, her outfits range from hard to really easy, so I only included her school outfit. However... her hair isn't red, its closer to the caramel color hair you have in one of your pics..

Hmm.. this one looks a little hard, but it sems doable with a little brainstorming... how about Jazieta from The Spirit of Eternity Sword 2? (this is the only pic I could find..)

Oh, don't worry. I have tons! (insane zoids fanatic xP) I'll try to get some good ones asap. Her costumes are cute and not too hard to do, although the gravity-defying "poles" behind her won't be too easy if you do decide to wear them.
