I honestly dunno, that's why I haven't responded yet. But I know how frustrating it is not to get any replies when you need help/suggestions, so I'll try my best >_>;
Do you think you'd be able to create a full mask and attach the ear-piees and the whatever-it-is to it?If you were to do that, you could, I dunno, make a sculpey piece, and have it under the mask, and pull it tight over the ear pieces. I don't think Sculpey would work for the head-thing beause I remember it being flexible from the show. Maybe if you could find a piece of rubber to insert under the mask?
I'm sorry my suggestions are so weak -_-;

someone actualy responded... sorry... ok. the mask seams like an idea but it would come out looking something like a plaster cast of my head made by a three year old. I tried once... The rubber is a good idea though. the question is waht it would look like and waht type of rubber to use....

Again, I'm not sure. I've only cosplayed humans so far (Well, and humanoids, but haven't had anything like that to work around yet). I wish some of the more experienced cosplayers would look in here : \

I'm thinking something like a doughnut-shape of foam (multiple layers of craft foam?) on a headpiece... you could build the whole thing, then cover it with a pink stocking or two, giving it that neat, smooth look. For the antenna thing, you might be able to make a stuffed version of it, then attatch it to the head-covering before you put the stocking over it and wrap the base of it with a thread to distinguish it from the rest of the head.

mmmm.... foam doughnuts... *drool sounds* ^^; Yay!! we've solved the ear pieces! I know i'm wierd for picking pinky for a coustume but thanks alot for the ideas... which brings up the idea of using an earmuff head band to attach the ears and sodering a springy rod to it; i could make the antina-thing around the rod... but how well would it blend in with dyed skin...
