But it comes at a time with PMX, Baycon, and even Anime North are all the same weekend. @_@

Nope! Anime North moved! (Yay, it means I can attend both!)

As for Fanime, Animazement is that weekend too!

this year will be my 3ird time going...
Now it's in the San Jose Convention Center...so no more Santa Clara...or going to Great America right across the street in a cosplay costume and totally freak people out....

Hey! I'm going to be volunteering at Fanime Con...I'll be cosplaying as Miyabi from Due Le Quartz. What kind of voluneer jobs are there at the Con? I'm interested in dealing with the registration lines...especially on Saturday because that's when most people go.
I'll be there all Saturday and I might sell one piece of art work at the art show...

Yes, I think we should have an ACP gathering too! Since our beloved founders aren't gonna be there, we should organize it on our own... what days are everyone gonna be cosplaying? I'm thinking either Saturday or Sunday, since they're the "active" days ^_^

^_^ if ur goign to vol for fanime...u minus as well staff...u'll get treated a lot better. vols have a bad reputation for being lazy and misfits. O_O don't mean to sound negative...but try to staff for fanime =). u'll meet the higher ups and some kewl ppl. i promise ^_^. if u want to help out with the registration and lines ur gonna volunteer...u'll go straight to the volunteer office/room (dunno where it is this year since its at a new location) and talk to the head of volunteers or one of the head minions..there should be a list that u sign up for. if u need help just IM me

good luck!~ if u see me..say hi :3. i hope i get my costumes done. i'll be staffing for con ops (patrol...security basically) and karaoke.

Ya! What a good idea! Considering AOD photo didn't happen. I think there will be more people on Saturday? So that would be the better of the two days! Thanks Pikacello!

on second thought, I guess I won't be volunteering after all...
I'll just be happily cosplaying to the Gaku Music Fest on Sunday and walking around the con here and there...I'm still going as Miyabi and my guy friend is going to be my groupie...
