Anime Festival Wichita

Hey, is anybody going to AFW? Seriously.... I don't want to be the only ACP cosplayer there.... V.V Come on, come play! It's only $25 for the whole weekend, and I want there to be people, lol, it'll be my first convention. And again, would anyone be willing to cosplay with me? I'm not asking for marriage here..... Lol. I give back rubs, and cookies?

I'm going to AFW to help pimp out the new Oklahoma convention IzumiCon!

Is Anime Fest Wichita the only one near Wichita? or are there other conventions nearby? I would guess Kansas City probably, thats not too far of a drive...

Well, I went to AFW this past August. It was my FIRST anime con EVER, and I LOVED it! Can't wait to go again this year. I will also be going to Naka-Kon next month.

Planning on going this year as well

Dunno if I'm going to cosplay though.

Hey~! I can't believe there are some ACP users that have been to AFW! My friend Liann and I (Liann is the step daughter of Peter Pixie) were actually in the 8th grade when we came up with the idea for an Anime Festival here in Wichita. We made the flyers and asked around for help. Back when Suncoast was still open we ran in and dumped a whole packet of flyers on the desk and ran back out. I wasn't able to go to the first AFW but I heard it had an overwhelming outcome.

I've been to the ones after it though and I've been a volunteer ever since. But with the new management change this is going to be my first year as a non-volunteer. :3

Oooh!I'm pretty sure I'm going to AFW.Me and my friend are going.I'm cosplaying as Mello from Death Note ^_^
