Is anyone going? I might be. Its in July at the University of Hartford!

(Easy to convince the parents into driving you, if you're a junior or a senior...just say you're interested in U of H. hehe)

i went last year; it was pretty good, but about average for your small 1st year con. (the school's campus is nice too!) this year they've got big planns to fix things up majorly. i cant wait! I'll be going as songstress Yuna and some of my friends might be joining me, although not all of them know what they'll be cosplaying. one of them is making an original dressphere pirate Paine and another was thinking of doing something as Rikku, but nothing more has been planned.

Hey, Groton! I work at the movie theater in Stonington, CT! ^_^ If the con is in July I'll definately try to make it, I live in southern RI (like, 10 minutes from the border to CT) so it won't be that far of a drive. Hope I see you guys there! XD

By the way, are there any girls that are staying the three days and need a roomie? My friend's dad is getting a seperate room for the girls and the guys, but there's three guys and only two girls, so we have an extra spot. If you need a ride or room mate, if you're not too far out of the way, and have the money, we wouldn't mind bringing someone else ^.^

(Note: Yes, I know there's a forum offering this at connecticon.org, but for some reason my server doesn't accept the forums in that site o.o )

I'd like to go, at least for Saturday. It's not too far from me (Southern Hudson Valley, NY). I'm not sure what to cosplay, is anyone starting groups? I'd be up for .hack, Lunar, or Disgaea.

'cause i'll be comming straight from summer camp (and yes, Basil goes there too, lol, although he'll be a counciler this year), but we really should meet up there!

Is anyone going as a Sailor Moon Character this year? Nothing's set in stone yet, but I'm uber-hoping to get there Saturday or Sunday this year. It'll be my first Connecticon. I'm interested to see how it compares to Virginia's Nekocon. ^^

Anyway, if I go, seeing as I'm less than an hour away, I'll be going as Sailor Jupiter.

I'm hoping to attend, with camera in tow, so should be a good chance to put some photo skills to work and give some peeps some free pics. So be on the look out for me! <]

Traveling from Northern MA here (Billerica), should be able to make it an all day think that Saturday.

If you go that Saturday & you see him with Dok, Anderson, and a really short Seras carrying a green messenger bag that's us lol And we'll have an Integra with us off and on.. She has a booth at the con so she'll be coming & going all day.

The booth she's working is for her business called Rabid Squirrels. They're selling prints of their artwork & stuff.

If all goes well, I'm going as Yuuko from Schrödinger's Lion. If all doesn't, I have a base for Robin Sena, all I need to do is make her pendant and get some long ribbons. I just hope I can get everything together for Yuuko... she's just too damn amazing, I can't not go as her.

Any particular design you going for? I'm not 100% up to speed on the Schrödinger's Lion, but I know there are a few outfit options for Yuuko, so wasn't sure what you had in mind or not.

Good luck with either one, hopefully you make it to CTConn and are happy about what you will be wearing!

::squees:: After the near panic attack of trying to find a costume, I came home after staying at the fiance's; to find my mother with a huge grin on her face. She bought me Yuki Cross' Day Class Uniform, so hopefully it arrives in time so I'll be going as her! ::phew::
