Kamen Rider Help~

My friend and I are a really big fan of Kamen Rider Kabuto, I was wondering if anyone here on the forums could help us out. The issue is, is that we have no idea how to make the armor or the helmet, we're complete noobs at cosplay, but we're really intent on making kamen rider cosplay. We have no idea how to make helmets or even the armor. If you guys have no idea what Kamen Rider is, I am going to include pics on characters we want to make.
