# of Viewers

I'm not very good with the website and I tried looking in different areas and I notice my profile compared to other cosplayers doesn't show # of viewers per each cosplay. Is there something I'm supposed to do to turn it on? Even when I log-off and view my profile, it makes no difference. Thanks!
