Hello,
I am looking on the ACS site and am in My Tools->My Conventions. There is a link that says, "I Don't See My Convention in This List." I click it and it adds a #newcon to the URL, but the browser is not able to go anywhere with this. Is this link still valid? Thank you.

Link's now fixed, the convention form should pop up when you click on that link.
