Hello my name is Elizabeth but you can call me Liz. Anyway I know I'm kinda late but I just found your post about wanting to buy a SH nurse costume. I'm in the process of making a few costumes myself and others for a convention in Houston. If you still want one then let me know and I'll give you the link for the pictures and listing on eBay (that's where I'm selling them).
