Katniss Catching fire Wedding dress

I am a little out of my element here. I found this website in a search for costumes. I am looking for a Katniss Catching fire wedding dress for my 16 year old daughter. I need it by Aug 7. I saw someone on this website made one. I would prefer to rent but will buy depending on price. Let me know
