Manifest (Melbourne Anime Festival) returns in August 2011 for it's 12th year. As Australia's longest running and largest anime convention you can be sure that there is always something to do every minute of each of the 3 days of the convention. There's be many competitions running all weekend, a plethora of traders with awesome and unique merchandise and screenings or the latest and greatest anime. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg of what is definitely the must not miss event of the Australian anime calendar. Manifest includes a large number of cosplay events, and Melbourne has the most active cosplay community in Australia.
