Cosplay Help? Please!!! Not sure who to cosplay

Hey I was wondering you i should cosplay as. I know a good amount of animes but im open to anything. I do really want to cosplay as L next year but i still would like help to know who you think i could cosplay as.
My name's Kirstin and I'm 5"1'(I'm short
i know XD) I'm 14 and a little on the chubby side but hopefully it will be gone be next year(I'm self consious so yeah...) I have brown hair to my shoulder blades.I will wear a wig. Infact i would proply wear a wig for most charries. And i have Blue eyes. Sometimes Blue-green or Blue Grey.
