So I look like this:

Anime boston is around the corner, and I was going to cosplay Squall from FFVIII, but it was a bit too much for me to attempt.
This is the first real costume I've tried making, so I really can't do too much.

Any suggestions for a relativity easy cosplay for me?
I'm all out of ideas.
I am willing to color my hair, (with hairspray)
And I don't want to buy pre-made costumes.

I'm about 5'11 I think.
Umm dark messy hair, and a bit too skinny.

Ok, an update, I'm going as Miharu from Nabari No Ou.

I think you could cosplay a lot of people, but you're fairly slim so I'd stick to the younger characters.

I think Van would look great on you. I couldn't put my finger on it at first when I was thinking about all the thick, shaggy, black-haired boys in anime, but he's exactly what I had in mind for you. And he has wings!!! I love wings...but that's up to you if you wanna include them. lolz...very fangirl-attractive.
