NO idea on what to cosplay...(need help!!)

Ok, so i was going to be cosplaying as Haseo from .hack//ROOTS..but ill be changing it. I really need ideas for a new cosplay. Ivd posted before here a long time ago with the same problem but got only a few answers..
heres a pic of how i look:
I need ideas for a character with black hair as mine, or any with white or silver hair (though not long).

Hey where do you live? In Orlando, or Miami i might have seen you before... Ah well.
I dont live in Florida but i was there for Christmas. Last year.
You can probably be someone from Fire Emblem, Thousand Arms, Have you done Kimonos before? I would suggest Soushi...
And I dont think Kadaj much with you but his other friend the long haired one. But Kadaj is purty nice idea too.

Hm..i didnt think bout Kadaj, and i have a figure of him XD.
I was also looking up Paine, but that outfit would probably take a while.
Do you think Haji from blood+ would be good also?

Yeah. I was going to cosplay as him before, but changed my mind, and now im guessing its probably the only thing i can do within 2 weeks away from the con.

I was thinking about Jo from Burst angel before also. My sister said the same thing (Shes in love with that character somehow).

I third all of them... Especially Ergo Proxy. Kosmos is nice one too.
Oh about the where do you live thing dont worry about it. I think it was because of the background area you were reminds me of the place i went to during my family's trip to Florida. Its nice.
That first Ergo Proxy would be good! Actually the best notion someone would have suggested.
