Cosplay Brainstorming Help

Yeah, the same basic brainstorming thread.
Stats: 5'6", ~115lb, short brownish hair
Willing to: crossplay, show skin, wear wig, dye hair, watch/play things just so I have a reason to cosplay from them >.>
Preferred difficulty (using the Final Fantasy scale of ridiculous costume design) VII - XII. AKA moderate to tough.
So, I'm open to whatever, trying to figure out something that'll be fun & challenging to make, preferably heavy on the sewing side more than prop side. My past cosplays have been FF7 Cid Highwind and Amaterasu from Okami. Any kind of random sounding board suggestions would be awesome <3 (Note: please no Naruto...)
