Halloween's approaching -- ideas anyone? Please & thank

I've been looking all over the place. Haven't been able to find anything that fits my description.

Around 5'7.

My hair atm is permed-- part of the reason why it's been so hard for me. Suggestions for someone with curls?

edit:// seems I can't escape it but I'll have to work on the hair. Lol, probably a straightener or a wig.

you could do Junko from Nana..

it's kinda hard to find pictures of her but she does have curly, dark hair and fairly dark skin..

Well... you could try Mitsuki from Ful Moon wo Sagashite, she has a bunch of different outifits, so you can google her.
