Who Should I Cosplay?

I'm looking for some ideas, and while I have a couple I'd like to get some opinions from other people. I don't mind if people tell me a cosplay idea from a series I don't know either, because Hey! That's a new series I can try and get into! I'm okay with crossdressing, wigs, etc. I have never attempted contacts, I find it very hard to get things near my eyes, I can barely wear eyeliner. I'm about 5'4-5"5 and somewhere near 140-150 lbs currently, though i've been hitting the gym a lot more so hopefully slowly but surely i'll slim down more!
Currently my hair is fairly short and dark brown with blonde bangs but i'm cool with dying it to fit a cosplay or just for fun xD. Here's a pic, it's kind of old(a couple years now), but I don't get many out of cosplay pics taken of me it seems so it's one of the best I have:
