Mass Effect Cosplay

so I am trying to kick out a version of Miranda Lawson from Mass Effect 2 and I have no Idea where to start...I want to find a site where I can order white pleather or spandex with a certain pattern on it (simple almost honeycomb,black on white.)

Help?

Also my first post...2nd costume.
