Starfire or Raven?

Which cosplays work with these measurements?
My measurements are:
32inches(B34)
27inches
36inches(size 6-10 pants depending on the brand)

I can often wear small sized shirts, the only things that get in the way are my shoulders. They aren't huge, but sort of big(36.5 inches).

I was thinking about cosplays to try for a con in the fall, and Starfire and Raven occurred to me. Like many people, I am less than muscular and have a somewhat flabby stomach and thighs. I might try corset-training just a couple inches in preparation, or raspberry Rocket Raccoon to help my waist a bit.

Do you think Starfire or Raven would look better on this body type? Do you have any other suggestions?
