So, I need ideas, right?

I'm going to a con next summer and I wanted to cosplay as something really cool, but I'm totally at a loss for ideas. I can't decide what, exactly, I want to be.

I don't mind wearing a wig, as long as I don't look like an idiot. I need something that doesn't show my stomach or too much leg or cleavage (a little skin on the legs and chest is fine, but not too much).
I'm a girl with short, light blonde hair and green eyes. I'm pretty average when it comes to body size but I have a little stomach pooch that I'm in the process of working off. My height is about 5'3" and my skin is very pale.

I'm in need of ideas, so I can get started sewing and creating my costume.
