The Title explains all. I'm willing to dye my hair and cut. I'm very unique that way. =) No budget range, my parents are suckers for me MUAHA.

ahhh you mean lol your parents will pay. I have to pay myself. Well I'm a strawberry blond too!! By those pictures you wouldn't put more highlights in you hair do you? and to dye your hair...hunny dyeing my hair is hard so I would think it would be for you too. Try a wig. I haven't used a wig yet but I think next AWA will. I use temp dye. Which the black turns my hair brown!! XD I use it anyway cause I need brown last year and this year. But enough with that. Do you like Bleach? You could go as Orhime, she has strawberry blond hair (or orange as some people call our hair color). You can do anyone really doesn't matter. What anime do you like? or manga? You look like you could do Namine from Kingdom hearts 2!

Quite frankly, from what I can see, it looks like you have a pretty good looking face with a potentially great looking body. I like the idea of Orihime but that costume covers up the body so much.

Why not try Kasumi from Dead or Alive?
I could only find a decent picture of her black variant on a figure but the idea is there.

Well also maybe she doesn't want to show so much skin. I know I wouldn't XD but I'm not that skinny so any way. I found a temp. dye that works. Its one of those temp dyes that cover up grays but really its not just used for that. I used it for AWA this year and from Sept. 24 until now I have brown hair v.v;; lol I can see my roots.... Lets just say its not coming off right now but it said at least over a month so yeah!!
