My first thought was Yuffie.

Based on your hair alone, I'm thinking Yuffie (FFVII), Rukia (Bleach), Chie (Mai-Hime), Yumi (Chobits), Meryl (Trigun), Ayumu, Kaorin, Tomo (Azumanga Daioh), Haruhi (Ouran), June or September (Coyote Ragtime Show).

Uh... Jan Valentine (Hellsing), Itoshiki Nozomu (Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei), if you're up to crossplaying.
