I was thinking about what to be for Halloween this year
& since I love Kingdom Hearts so much
I decided to possibly dress up as Kairi
for this party I'm going to.
I've seen a lot of pictures of girls who've dressed up as Kairi
in the school girl uniform & the pink dress,
but they all kinda look different when compared to
the actual set up of the looks/costumes, y'know ?
so, if it isn't too much trouble, and you happen to have had
a costume like Kairi's [either the school uniform or pink dress]
could you possibly email me your costume idea ?

I made the pink Kairi dress for my sister, however I unfortunately don't have any pictures I could upload for you.
Basically though, the biggest issue for me was ensuring the proportions were right on all the accessories. If you decide to do her pink dress (which in my opinion would be harder to make than her uniform) I would suggest looking around in your local fabric stores for industrial sized zippers. I got some great finds in oversized zippers to make it closer to the actual design of the dress.
I would also suggest going for a plain cotton blend when choosing your fabrics. They're fast and easy to sew, and velvets or textured fabrics tend to make this particular outfit look less stream-lined, or "clean".
