alright so i am still pretty new at making cosplay costumes....so my mom is helping me alot

we know how to make the coat and we have found the zipper thanks to my cousin
but i have no idea where i can find the "jewels" that hang from the hood and around the neck :( :( :(
so if anyone could help me i would love that....i need to get it done soon for something i am doing with the upcoming student council assembly . so please please help me!!!!!!!!!!
