Pikachu hoodie!

I want a pikachu hoodies so bad now, ever since I saw other people on the Internet make their own pikachu hoodies!

I was close to buying one off of etsy, but not close enough!

How do I go about making my own pikachu hoodie? Should I just buy a yellow hoodie and matching fabric and add the ears and tail .
or
construct the whole hoodie by hand?

I want one that doesn't show pikachu's face.
