Im cosplaying Haruno Sakura from Naruto Shippuden this year, but i have no idea how to make her new shoes! o><o Any help is appreciated! o^^o

This can go one of meny different ways....depending on what you can find. Here are a few suggestions:
1) Get a pair of boots and cut the upper toe off then soe the toe loop
2) Find a pair of black sandles and sew on pleather for the rest of the covering
3) Make the shoe yourself out of pleather and hard plastic/foam

Remember, comfort really needs to be there, otherwise you'll never do this again.

It shouldn't be too hard to modify that tutorial to your needs, but easiest may be just cutting off a pair of cheap boot's front toe part and then adding calf covers.
