Okay for one of the costumes I want to make the character has hoofed feet
and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how I could go about making
these? Help please! >.<

How good is your balance?

I had an interesting (and potentially dangerous) idea involving platform heeled shoes.

Take these, for example. Something like these (actually, you'd be better off with boots as you'd have more support) could be modified (painting the front sole and leaving the heel clear, etc.) to make something that looks remotely like a hoof. Of course, you'd probably want to add papier-mache, resin, or something else to make it more convincing and hoof-shaped.

For short periods of time if I had a place to sit down or someone to help me walk around, I think I would actually remove the heel and walk only on the front part (but I can do that, since I have the leg strength and balance - sort of XD).
