Well, you could try to assemble this useing several cheap tea sets, or use wood with lots of deep dremels and details, and finish it off with some Silver leafing.

Id start off with a large dowel or curtain rod from Home Depot.... then build on it from there with either cardboard/foam, wonderflex, whatever you are comfortable using.

I've been wondering that exact same thing! I was just going to use some old PVC pipe my dad had lying around and paint it silver for starters.
