I'm a newbie need help with cosplay has a original desgin. wnat to know how to go about plan my original desgin.

First things first, Go to the library and check out a basic sewing book, and see if there is a pattern drafting book there as well. Take those home and read it and come back to the boards with more questions that the book didn't answer!
