Yes, I need help >< For I have no idea where to start. Mmph - I need help on Mint Blancmanche's outfit. I figured out the tights/leggings, and I'm attempting to work on the ears. But what about the shirt things she wears?

Her outfit is a short blue dress with a jacket that's about the same length. You'll have to search through pattern books to find similarly shaped things (like a short nightgown, or a 60s style mini dress) that you can alter.
