Wrath(fullmetal alchemist) costume help!!!!! i am newbie!!!!

i need help with a wrath costume for up coming con i don't where to start. i never done this before. so any tips or help will make me very happy!!
Hair help too. my hair is shoulder lenght and brown i can't dye it my parents will not let me.. so what should i do???

Well for the your hair, I'd get a wig (It's the easiest way, believer me >_<) simple as that.
But for Wrath himself are you doing the Homunculus version? Or the child version?
If your a newbie I'd start off with the Child version first- (sorry I can't find a picture of it) it's a simple light blue t-shirt with green pants and boots.
but the homunculus verison, >_< Sorry can't help you there. I'm also trying to do a homunculus (Gluttony, to be exact), and for the red line alchemy thingys (have no clue what to call them) either use pip cleaner like I am ^_^ or fabric.
