well i have a BIG problem im making blackrose(from the .hack games)
and don't know how i can make her bra and props like the things she has on her arms and hips here are 2 picures

You'd probably do very well with this tutorial for the side plates, as long as you're careful- as she uses heat to shape the armor. For the rest of it, you could look at the links (esp. Amethyst Angel) she has at the bottom of her page. I don't know how you'd go about making the bra, but I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out or someone else can help you. Good luck!

in the first pic there is somthing that's look like papir and i need that where can i buy it on internett since i know that here we don't sell it

Paper? I see no paper, unless you mean the white part in front. Just use cloth for that.
