tifa advent children ?

hi im going to buy (make) tifa advent children costume but i can't find any good picture and i can't find anyone that sell the costume please help

This scan here is really all you need to make the costume. If you want someone to sell you the costume, then E-bay is the only place I know of that sells them.
There is one on E-bay now, but it's a buy it now and costs a hefty amount.

I live in norway and I have been to many many shops but no one have like that fabric i want
so does anyone know where i can buy skin fabric (black) on internett?
